Rosslare Cottage is a renovated 200 year old stone cottage located in the peaceful sheep farming countryside of County Antrim. It sits in a hamlet of houses and small farms 2.5 miles from the award winning village of Broughshane.

It’s the perfect peaceful getaway for couples to have a quiet country vacation as well as being a great base to explore County Antrim's tourist attractions including the Glens of Antrim, Giant's Causeway, Dunluce Castle, Carrick-A-Rede Rope Bridge, Causeway Coast and Game of Thrones® filming locations. Rosslare Cottage is a renovated 200 year old stone cottage located in the peaceful sheep farming countryside of County Antrim. It sits in a hamlet of houses and small farms 2.5 miles from the award winning village of Broughshane.

It’s the perfect peaceful getaway for couples to have a quiet country vacation as well as being a great base to explore County Antrim's tourist attractions including the Glens of Antrim, Giant's Causeway, Dunluce Castle, Carrick-A-Rede Rope Bridge, Causeway Coast and Game of Thrones® filming locations. It is conveniently located to several golf courses, including Royal Portrush and Portstewart.

The area has great walking and cycling paths with stunning mountain and countryside views. Broughshane village offers grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, takeaways, historic pub, shops, park, walking trail. The neighbouring town of Ballymena offers a wider range of amenities. Belfast is within driving distance with many attractions

The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen with dining area with table, cosy sitting room with wood stove, 2 lovely dbl bedrooms sleeping up to 4 (1 King, 1 Double), bathroom with bathtub with overhead electric shower, washer and dryer

Cottage uses a hot water boiler heating system using stored heat from solar tubes, wood stove energy and backup electricity.

IMPORTANT NOTES: 

**During cooler months operating the wood stove regularly is required to keep the cottage heated and warm.                                                          

1st night wood starter pack is provided. Wood supplies can be purchased locally. 

Access - Guest should drive slowly down lane as it may be very bumpy at times

Bathtub  - with overhead Electric on Demand Shower system.  Due to eco heating system, it may not be possible to get full tub of hot water.
