Braid Comedy Club presents Damo Clark and Support

The Braid Theatre, 1-29 Bridge Street, Ballymena, County Antrim, BT43 5EJ
Damian Clark - Braid Comedy Club

About

The Braid Comedy returns for 2026 with Headliner Damo Clark.

Ireland’s adopted Aussie whirlwind is back with a brand-new hour of rapid-fire stand-up. Fresh off hosting Dublin’s hottest comedy club, The Craic Den, and winning the People’s Choice Award at the Edinburgh Fringe, Damo brings his signature mix of off-the-cuff madness and laser-sharp storytelling.

This kind of chaotic playfulness has made him a favourite on Virgin Media’s Craic Den Comedy Club TV Show, Republic of Telly, The Savage Eye, and I Dare Ya!

Bring your mates, bring your energy, and LET’S GO!…

“The world’s wittiest machine gun” The Scotsman

“Unforgettable… a relentless onslaught of crippling laughs” The Skinny

“A guy who sees the funny side of everything. Infectious, hilarious & highly recommended” Kevin Bridges

Support on the night provide by Seamus Carabine, Wafa Daldoul and Mike Carlise

Seamus Carabine returns after storming it on his previous visit. Seamus is a stalwart of the local comedy scene, with many performances at the prestigious Empire Comedy Club in Belfast. He is worth the admission fee on his own!

Wafa Daldoul makes her long awaited Ballymena debut. A rising star on the comedy scene, we can’t wait to see her.

Mike Carlisle also joins us for the first time. Mike is another top act, who will really add to the night.

Your host as always will be Paddy McGaughey...
