About

The Carnlough Whiskey Festival promises a week of whiskey, music and craic.

Sample some of the finest spirits from celebrated local distilleries including Bushmills, Campbeltown Malt, Dunvilles, Shortcross, Copeland, Outwalker, Limavady, Dingle, Redbreast and Carnlough Irish Whiskey plus a full programme of live music —all set in the charming coastal village of Carnlough and Irelands First Whiskey Hotel.

Enjoy whiskey tastings, cocktail sessions, boat trips and meet-and-greets with industry leaders and brand ambassadors.

Sun 16th August – Bushmills 16-08 Celebration - celebrating the heritage and craftsmanship of the world's oldest licensed distillery - Bushmills including a rare tasting of the 46-Year-Old Bushmills.

Mon 17th August Campbeltown Malts- Enjoy a rare evening with Springbank, one of the last surviving producers of single malt whiskies in Campbeltown. Taste whiskies from Springbank & Kilkerran Distilleries in Scotland.

Tues 18th August Dunvilles 18-08- A special evening with Dunville’s Irish Whiskey and Seamus Og, featuring a guided tasting of their latest release, Dunville’s 1608. Discover the rich character and heritage behind The Spirit of Belfast, with the chance to explore signature pours and potentially some exciting new releases.

Wed 19th August –  Dingle Distillery – A special tasting from Dingle Distillery situated on the edge of the Wild Atlantic Way. An independent distillery that is committed to distilling hand-crafted spirits. Live Music 9pm: The Rogues.

Friday 21st August – Carnlough Bay Whiskey Cruise. View the beauty of the Antrim Coast Road aboard 'Curiosity', a converted lifeboat. An experience full of fun, laughter and of course plenty of Copeland Irish Whiskey.

Cocktail Night with Outwalker and Limavady Irish Whiskey – followed by Live music

Sat 22nd August – Carnlough Bay Whiskey Cruise with Limavady Irish Whiskey. Join us for a tasting with Shortcross, followed by a celebration with Redbreast Irish Whiskey – Live music from The Causeway Shantymen a set from String Ninjas.

Sun 23rd August-  Carnlough Irish Whiskey- A rare chance to taste the future of Carnlough Irish Whiskey. Enjoy live music from the fantastic Tartan Riot.
