The Mark Lynn CHD Foundation is a local charity that supports children living with life-limiting Congenital Heart Decease and chronic illness both locally and across Northern Ireland by providing emotional support, mental well being resources to help alleviate everyday social needs and the costs of caring for a severely sick child.
Founded by Mark's parents in memory of their young son they established this Foundation to help and ensure that other families facing similar serious medical journeys can receive the care, joy and practical support they so desperately need with the challenges of looking after a chronically sick child and to provide resources to help put a smile on a sick child's face and support their family.
