Saturday (evening) - Concert
We are delighted to welcome The Shamrocks, to perform at Larne's historic Market Yard for one special session on Saturday 27 June. The double Emmy winning Irish music sensation known for their powerful harmonies and modern take on traditional Irish music. With over 100 million online views and performances in more than 30 countries, they have captivated audiences worldwide, from the Sydney Opera House to London’s West End. Their show blends much loved Irish classics with original material, celebrating Irish culture with warmth, energy and outstanding musicianship.
The performance holds a strong local connection, with two members of the group originally from Larne. The Shamrocks have also written a song inspired by the historic Friends Goodwill ship, adding a meaningful link between the music and its maritime heritage.
With support act, Briana Corrigan taking to the stage aswell. Belfast-born Corrigan, “one of the most distinctive voices in pop” (Time Out), is best known for delivering Beautiful South’s most successful single – the chart-topping, Brit Award-winning ‘A Little Time’.
