Award-winning novelist Jan Carson and acclaimed actor Jamie Beamish sit down for an evening of honest, humorous, and inspiring conversation about their creative journeys. From different community backgrounds, Jan and Jamie reflect on how place and culture shaped their paths –

from early beginnings to acclaimed novels, sold-out theatre runs, and major screen roles. With work spanning literature, theatre, film, and TV (Bridgerton, Derry Girls, The Fire Starters, The Raptures), Jan and Jamie share insights into the highs, hurdles, and unexpected turns of life in the arts and what it means to tell stories that resonate.
