About

Ghostie’s Spooktacular Halloween Trail & Storytime in Ballymena!  (Friday 31st October  – Ballymena Town Centre)

This spooky season, Ghostie has returned home to Ballymena! Sharing some fun and spooktacular short stories from his travels, Ghostie is sure to lift your spirits this Halloween.

1. Halloween Trail
Kick off the Halloween fun with Ghostie’s Ghoulish Halloween Trail, starting at Fairhill Shopping Centre. Pick up your ‘monstrous map’ from the Ballymena BID team any time between 12 noon and 2pm. Find the ‘Ghostie guides’ around the town, collect some treats and try to uncover our secret word. Free face painting will also be available to add a touch of Halloween magic!

2. Fancy Dress Competition
During the trail, make sure to stop by Tower Centre to get your fancy dress photo taken at the Halloween Wall. Photos will be taken between 1pm and 4pm. 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners will be featured on Ballymena Means Facebook on Halloween evening, where the public can vote for their favourites. Winners will be announced on Monday 3rd Nov.  Fancy Dress Competition kindly sponsored by Tower Centre.

3. Ghostie Storytime
End your Halloween adventure at The Braid from 4:30pm to 5pm for a fun-filled storytelling session with Ghostie! Listen to spooky tales, sing-along to Halloween favourites, and get up & dance if you dare!
