Steam Saturday

Whitehead Railway Museum, Excursion Station, Castleview Road, Whitehead, County Antrim, BT38 9NA
Steam train departing from Whitehead Station with family onlooking from platform

About

Whitehead Railway Museum is delighted to announce the welcome return of our Steam Train Rides. Come down to the picturesque seaside town of Whitehead to experience the magic of steam.

You'll climb on board at our 1907 platform and enjoy a short 10 minute train ride up and down our site. Hauled by our vintage steam engine and sitting in a carriage which a certain famous wizard would feel at home in, you will be transported to a bygone era.

This is an experience like none other provided on the island of Ireland. Your day will certainly be one that you will not forget!

Suitable for children (and adults) of all ages!
