Music and Mind - NI's Original Music, Arts, Health, and Wellbeing Festival

Join us for an extraordinary three-day celebration of local talent and community spirit at the annual Music and Mind Festival! Taking place from Friday 22 to Sunday 24 August in various venues throughout the beautiful coastal town of Whitehead, County Antrim, this unique festival focuses on health and well-being through the power of music, poetry, comedy, spoken word, storytelling, and more.

Enjoy a spectacular programme of events with something for everyone!  Immerse yourself in live music from local bands, singer-songwriters, and choirs, or find tranquility in yoga sessions led by expert instructors.
