Music and Mind - NI's First Music, Arts, Health, and Wellbeing Festival

Join us for an extraordinary three-day celebration of local talent and community spirit at the annual Music and Mind Festival! Taking place from Friday 23 to Sunday 25 August in various venues throughout the beautiful coastal town of Whitehead, County Antrim, this unique festival focuses on health and well-being through the power of music, poetry, comedy, spoken word, storytelling, and more.

Enjoy a spectacular programme of events with something for everyone!  Immerse yourself in live music from local bands, singer-songwriters, and choirs, or find tranquility in sunrise, sunset, and musical yoga sessions led by expert instructors. Dive into the world of storytelling and poetry with captivating performances from talented local artists.

Families will find plenty to enjoy with BBQs, picnics, and fun activities for children. Don’t miss a historic ride on the ‘Guinness’ steam engine at the Whitehead Railway Museum, or participate in thrilling community events like runs and open mic sessions.
