About

Experience the 15th Glenarm Festival of Voice – 22–24 August 2025

Join Northern Ireland Opera for a captivating weekend of music and storytelling in the scenic village of Glenarm, County Antrim. Now in its 15th year, the Glenarm Festival of Voice celebrates emerging and established vocal talent with a series of public recitals, creative workshops, and a thrilling vocal competition finale.

Presented in partnership with BBC Radio 3, the festival features three world-class recitals in St Patrick’s Church, including performances by mezzo soprano Carolyn Dobbin, baritone James Atkinson, baritone Santiago Sánchez, and renowned pianist Simon Lepper.

The festival culminates on Sunday evening with the Vocal Competition Finale in The Church of the Immaculate Conception, hosted by BBC’s Sean Rafferty, showcasing Northern Ireland’s finest emerging opera voices.
