Join Archaeologist Scott Ingram for a session on lithic (stone tool) identification and analysis with artefacts from the collections of Carrickfergus and Larne Museums: learn how to tell natural and worked flint apart, understand the process of knapping stone, the dynamic nature of stone tools and what we can learn from them. One hour workshop followed by a demonstration by an expert flintknapper.
