Irish Whiskey Experiences

20 Harbour Road, Carnlough, County Antrim, BT44 0EU
Cask warehouse

About

In the heart of Carnlough village, the old Parochial Hall has been brought back to life—once silent, now hums again with pride, craftmanship and the unmistakable aroma of whiskey maturing in old casks. Here, we craft small-batch Irish whiskeys, blended, finished, and bottled by hand for private clients and guests of the Harbourview Hotel.

Our on-site cask warehouse offers immersive, hands-on whiskey experiences of distillery-style quality, yet grounded in true hospitality at its core:
Experience guided cask sampling, including a tasting drawn directly from the cask such as 5 Year Old and 24 Year Old whiskey.

For those seeking something truly personal, fill, label and wax your very own 70cl bottle of Carnlough Irish Whiskey to take home – a personalised keepsake of the Spirit of the Glens.

Explore curated whiskey flights, featuring 26 different options with four 15ml samples and accompanying tasting notes, designed to explore a range of styles, ages, and finishes.

A Wolfhound's Welcome: Fireside Lunch & Cask Tasting with Paddy the Irish wolfhound.

After your whiskey experience, join us for lunch or dinner and continue your journey at Ireland's Whiskey Hotel.
