Oldstone Coffee & Play

About

Located in the heart of Clough village, around 13 minutes from Ballymena, Oldstone Coffee and Play combines a cosy coffee stop with a versatile community activity space across two neighbouring buildings.

The cabin‑style coffee shop serves Bailies Coffee Belfast alongside speciality teas, hot chocolates and seasonal drinks. Visitors will find a range of locally supplied traybakes, cakes, scones, cinnamon swirls, croissants, pancakes, sausage rolls, pies and soup with wheaten. Its relaxed setup suits both sit‑in and takeaway visits, making it convenient for families, commuters and those passing through.

In the adjoining renovated 1872 church hall, soft play for babies and toddlers runs during regular public hours. The hall also hosts a variety of community sessions such as fitness classes, Pilates and occasional evening activities, including bingo.  The space is additionally available for private hire, with optional add‑on activities like birthday parties, indoor RC racing, wall climbing, bouncy castles and Nerf‑style play, allowing groups to tailor the venue to their needs.

Offering a mix of refreshments, play opportunities and flexible community space, Oldstone Coffee and Play provides a multi‑use stop for visitors exploring the Antrim countryside.
