About

Islandmagee ArtsTrail Returns This August!

After a short hiatus, the Islandmagee Arts Trail is back - and more inspiring than ever! Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Islandmagee peninsula, nestled between the Irish Sea and the tranquil waters of Larne Lough, this unique event invites you to discover creativity in one of Northern Ireland’s most picturesque corners.

On Saturday 2 August 2025 (10:00 – 17:00) and Sunday 3 August 2025 (11:00 – 17:00), local artists, craftspeople, and writers will open their doors to the public, transforming homes, gardens, and studios into vibrant hubs of artistic expression. As you travel through the winding rural roads of Islandmagee, you'll uncover hidden gems of creativity scattered across the landscape.

Experience live demonstrations, explore one-of-a-kind creations, and connect with the people and places that inspire them. With sweeping sea views, lush fields, and the peaceful shores of Larne Lough as your backdrop, the Islandmagee Arts Trail is more than just an art event - it's a celebration of community, creativity, and the natural beauty that surrounds it.

Stay tuned for details on participating artists, venues, and an exciting programme to be announced soon. Mark your calendars and come explore art near the start of the Causeway Coastal Route!
