About

Islandmagee Arts Trail Returns This August!

After a short break, the Islandmagee Arts Trail is back on Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd August  - and more inspiring than ever!  Join Islandmagee Originals, a collective of talented local artists and makers, as they showcase their work across the stunning Islandmagee peninsula - a landscape shaped by sandy bays, dramatic cliffs, and even a puffin colony. From painting and textiles to ceramics, mixed media, and silver jewellery, each piece is infused with the spirit of this breathtaking corner of Northern Ireland.

Set between the Irish Sea and the peaceful waters of Larne Lough, the trail invites you to experience creativity in one of the most picturesque places along the Causeway Coastal Route.  Wander along winding rural roads as homes, studios, and gardens are transformed into pop-up galleries and creative spaces. Discover hidden gems, meet the artists, watch live demonstrations, and enjoy a truly immersive art experience.

Mark your calendars and come explore art near the start of the Causeway Coastal Route!  Check out our Facebook page for participating artists and venues.   Whether you're a seasoned art lover or simply curious, the Islandmagee Arts Trail offers a warm welcome, a vibrant atmosphere, and a deep connection to the local landscape and community.
