The Groom’s House hosts 3 bedrooms which sleep 8 guests two stylish en-suite double bedrooms and a third bedroom featuring two 4ft beds.
All bedrooms include smart TVs and bathrobes for guests to use with the swim spa hot tub.
This property has just been refurbished so everything is new for its opening in late June 2026.
The property boasts a beautifully designed open-plan kitchen and living area, featuring a hob, eye-level oven, large fridge freezer, washer dryer, and wine cooler fridge. A spacious island provides comfortable seating, making it perfect for dining and socialising together.
Fully equipped with everything needed for a great stay, the house also includes a Nespresso coffee machine, ninja double drawer airfryer, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, and all the essentials for home-from-home comfort.
The inviting living area features a comfortable sofa and smart TV — the ideal place to unwind after a day exploring Northern Ireland. Guests will also find a convenient downstairs bathroom complete with a modern walk-in shower.
If both the Coach House and the Groom's House are booked at the same time, each house can allocate one private 2-hour swim spa session per day throughout their stay. All other times are available to use.
The walled garden hosts an array of fruit trees along its walls eg apple, pear and plum trees. These can be picked by guests when ripe, normally late August to October.
