Set in The Courtyard, Carrickfergus, The Secret Bookshelf is a hidden gem of a shop. From a fabulous Irish interest section, to the latest releases, the main showroom has a vast range of books.
Coupled with a children's bookroom, designed to be accessible by all young people, with sensory elements throughout the room, it's a popular family day out. Pop in and meet Olly, our Octopus, and Fish, Chips, 'Bout Ye and Craic, our jellyfish (no, they're not real!)
With lots of nooks, some seats, and a small, carefully curated pre-loved section it's a 'proper' bookstore.
The shop can also accept customer orders and takes and sells National Book Tokens.
