About

The Barn @ BallyCairn is 1km from Ballygally beach with stunning panoramic views of the Irish Sea, Scottish Coastline, Antrim Hills, Causeway Coastal Route and located only 35 minutes from Belfast City Centre and Belfast City and International airports.

The cottage is located in an idyllic setting, amid stunning gardens and enjoys excellent local amenities: traditional pub, hotels, golf club, country park etc. This converted traditional stone cottage has unique character, providing self catering accommodation for 6 people with all the modern conveniences to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Inside the barn on the ground floor there is a large kitchen with all the latest equipment, a separate toilet and a very spacious living room. Upstairs there are three bedrooms: one with a king bed, the second a queen bed and the third with adult sized bunk beds. There is also a bathroom upstairs with a large shower, toilet and wash hand basin. Outside there is an enclosed patio area with plenty of space for enjoying a barbecue. There is secure off road parking for two vehicles at the side of the cottage.

The perfect base to explore the beautiful scenery and the many exciting attractions around County Antrim. Walk the 'Ulster Way' along the Antrim Hills, location for HBO series Game of Thrones®. As you drive along the Causeway Coastal Route, stop to stroll along unspoiled beaches and take in the sights of quaint coastal villages.

The Barn @ BallyCairn is located in the vicinity of our own home. As we live nearby we are always willing to help and advise in any way we can to ensure you make the very most of your trip.

There is a bus service in Ballygally village so when you don't feel like driving you can travel by bus along the Causeway Costal Route. Alternatively, there is a train station in Larne town, which is 8km from BallyCairn. From Larne there is a regular train and bus service to Belfast City Centre.

Please note the minimum booking for the barn is 3 nights.
